• NEW CONSTRUCTION
• inspect site with owner and builder
• design system and provide written estimate
• submit permit application to MDH
• drill new well, test pump and develop
• water test for nitrates and coliform bacteria
• test water for iron content and hardness
• excavate and install pit-less adaptor and piping to residence
• install pressure tank and controls
• select and install submersible well pump
• complete well record and file with local city and MDH
• provide well record for owners filing with property deed
• REPLACEMENT WELL
• includes all of the above for new well
• apply for well location variance if necessary
• inspect site with MDH well inspector
• provide cost estimate to seal old well
• submit well sealing notification with MDH
• complete sealing record and file with local city and MDH
• provide sealing record for owners filing with property deed
• WATER CONDITIONING
• provide owner and builder with water test
• design filter system iron removal and water softening
• provide owner and builder with cost estimate
• install filter equipment as designed
